Officially the most-downloaded offering to have ever hit the App Store, Nintendo’s growing cultural phenomenon Pokémon GO has updated in the last few hours with some notable additions for those playing on iOS.
The second-ever update to the augmented-reality app, (following the release of version 1.0, earlier this month), the update specifically brings with it support for trainers’ avatars to be “re-customized” – directly from the profile screen.
In addition to letting trainers update their personalised avatars more readily, The Pokémon Company (and its development partner, Niantic) note that they have adjusted some of the game’s battle move damage values in this version, whilst also refining ‘Gym’ animations and improving certain memory issues.
